Material Sourcing

I am trying my best to align my business with my values and beliefs with my business for the lowest environmental impact. 

I do my casting with Lenrose in Melbourne. They use recycled metal for their pieces. 

The precious metals that I use when buying wire or sheet metal are from Twin Plaza which are also recycled. 

At the moment my butterfly backs, clasps and other findings are not guaranteed recycled metals, but make a much smaller part of the total piece if they are used. 

I love being asked to create you something special from stones that you already have or to rework pieces. This not only helps generate a deeper story for the piece but ensures materials continue being used where they can. 

The work I create is made to last so the cost per wear will go down over time as you create a relationship with your piece. Sometimes metal just needs a polish and I made this reel as a fairly quick, eco friendly way to clean your silver - watch here.
